Jason Reed

CEO

I was born and raised in Chattanooga Tennessee and now reside in Ringgold, GA with my wife and two kids. I worked at Erlanger Hospital for 5 years as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Neurovascular, Peripheral, and Cardiac Intervention. I now enjoy working with in sales to help further the legacy my family has created in the aerospace industry. In my off time I enjoy hunting, camping and spending time with my family. 

Cameron Kirk

COO

I was born and raised in the Chattanooga area. With almost a decade of experience in sales of industrial wholesale supplies, fittings, tubing, and pipe, I hope to be able to assist in a wide variety of fields within the space testing, and base maintenance field. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, golf, and lifting weights. My biggest passion in life is to lead my three children, and wife in the way that Christ would have me lead.

Peyton Horne

CFO

Peyton, his wife Brittany, and son Knox live in Ooltewah, TN. In his free time, Peyton loves spending time with his family, playing golf, ping pong, and pickleball as a family. He enjoys college football and is an active member of his church and small group.

Brent Pitts

Born and raised in Cumming, GA, I moved to Tennessee in October of 2021. I previously worked in the construction industry in the Atlanta area. I was offered a job with Arrow Supply Company and jumped at the chance to work with this great group of people. Outside of work I enjoy hunting, shooting archery and firearms, as well as traveling.

Chris Marbury

Sales

Chris Marbury is a sales representative at Arrow Supply Company, bringing valuable hands-on industry experience from his previous work in the HVAC and train sectors before joining the team in March 2025. Known for his strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to customer relationships, Chris is dedicated to helping clients find the right solution for their needs. Outside of work, he draws on his background in college basketball, still getting out on the court whenever he can, and has recently taken up golf, where he enjoys the friendly competition with his coworkers. Chris resides with his beautiful wife and two wonderful children, balancing a fulfilling family life with his passions for continuous growth both personally and professionally.

Dana Howard

Quality Manager

Christian, proud husband, father, and grandfather. Attended Carson Newman University. Army veteran. 

Activities include motorcycle riding, the Patriot Guard Riders, and the American Legion. Currently, I am the quality control and warehouse manager for Arrow Supply Company. -Dana Howard

Josh Hixson

Sales/Delivery

Josh was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he lives with his wife and 2 children. He is an integral part of the warehouse and transport operations. He enjoys working with the team and learning about this incredible Industry in which we are a part. He is a full-time firefighter with the Chattanooga Fire Department and loves serving his community. Aside from Arrow and the CFD, he enjoys working with leather and playing bluegrass and country music.
